May 2018 Right from the minute I walked into Sarum Road Hospital the staff were great, everything was explained to me and my appointments were always on time. The MRI staff were really nice and when I was admitted for my operation the nurses were great. I had a lovely room looking out onto green fields and it was very quiet, just what you need when you are recovering from surgery. The food was really good with a nice choice and the staff who bought the meals were very efficient and nice too. The physio department is also great with really nice professional staff who take the time to make sure you understand the exercises. All in all a great hospital, I would recommend it highly.

From the moment I attended my first OutPatient appointment to then having surgery and onto regular dressing changes after my discharge home I was treated extremely well by all staff I came in contact with, they were all lovely, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.

All the staff, this includes the resident night doctor, nurse, the lovely lady who brought me my evening meal, physio and receptionist were all so polite and caring. The physiotherapist was so encouraging, positive and friendly that she made the physio sesssions a fun and rewarding experience.

Right from the beginning at the Reception's desk the staff are very polite & professional. There is a coffee machine to use whilst waiting. Dr Chris Bailey is very sympathetic indeed & explained the procedure very well. Each day there was a member of the Hospitality staff who came yo my room each day & explained the daily menu to me & took my order for the day. The nurses during the day & night were very attentive & passionate about my care. Nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend Chris Bailey & his team without any hesitation at all.

I had a total hysterectomy here and my experience in this hospital was unbelievably excellent. The staff were very attentive and checked up on me on a regular basis. They also treated me with so much dignity and respect, considering the nature of the surgery I had. The food was abundant too and extremely delicious! My gynaecologist, Mrs. Renee Behrens, is also amazing, caring and very sincere. She has done such an amazing job and I'm well on my way to recovery. Thank you to everyone who took care of me during my 3-day stay. You were all beyond excellent.
